Country-Soul fans!

We recently had the pleasure of providing a remote location for WUTC’s Super Sonic Soul Show at our shop in Oak Ridge, where radio host Doug Cook interviewed our friend, Rob Galbraith! Rob is a Nashville-based singer-songwriter, as well as a producer of many #1 records by country legend Ronnie Milsap. Rob grew up in Concord, Tennessee. He was a popular DJ on WNOX in the 1960s! He was in bands with Knoxville soul legend Clifford Curry! He helped introduce the world to the sounds of Larry Jon Wilson! But that’s only scratching the surface. Tune in to Chattanooga’s WUTC this Sunday, Sept 6th from 8-10pm (88.1 FM or wutc.org) to hear more about his fascinating five-decade career!

Open Saturday at 8am for the first Record Store Day Drop!

The first of three RSD Drops starts at 8am on Saturday at Wild Honey Records… with cool Record Store Day indie-exclusives! We’re letting 6 people inside at a time, with a 10-minute window to make selections. RSD items are 1 per title/per customer ‘til noon. See you at Wild Honey! 961-A Oak Ridge Turnpike

OPEN THIS SATURDAY June 13th — indoor & outdoor record shopping!

Hey Knoxville! Thanks to everyone who came out last Saturday for our Oak Ridge re-opening! We were happy to discover that we could do social distancing and still have fun… it was great seeing friends again! And after having been closed for 82 days, we were thrilled to have our biggest day in the nine-year history of our store (apart from Record Store Day, of course)! We’ll have the tents out again this Saturday, so please join us (10am to 6pm) for outdoor & indoor shopping at 961-A Oak Ridge Turnpike… See you at Wild Honey!
