PAYMENTS
We accept all major credit cards through our secure payment system.

SALES TAX
9.25% sales tax is applied to Tennessee customers. We’ve had people tell us “so-and-so doesn’t charge sales tax… why do you?” We do it because it’s required by law. Sorry. Nobody loves taxes, but Tennessee sales tax pays for our local schools, roads and fire departments.

SHIPPING OPTIONS
Sorry, no international shipping. U.S. packages can be shipped by USPS Media Mail ($4.50 + $0.50 per additional item) or USPS Priority Mail ($9.00 + $1.00 per additional item)

PACKING
We pack records in fresh custom mailers with inserts. Where possible (and with non-sealed LPs), we place the sleeved record BEHIND the album jacket to prevent seams splits.

PICK UP
Local customers can choose the “Hold” option at checkout. Items will be held at our Knoxville counter. Please keep in mind, our physical locations are temporarily closed until further notice from the city/state.

RETURNS POLICY
We do not accept returns on sealed products (new vinyl or still-sealed vintage) that have been opened. For any other issues, please contact us and we’ll be happy to make it right.

TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT
We will send a tracking number when your item(s) ships –– using the email address you have provided at checkout.
